So good
Since training with tatti lashes two years ago, I have never changed my products. The 6d mixed length lashes help me to apply Russian/hybrid lashes effectively and efficiently. They are easy to pick up and use and have no plastic like feeling, they look fluffy and incredibly comfortable for clients.
Was meant to be delivered on the Monday and did not arrive, then was out for delivery on the Tuesday and no attempt to deliver was made just that they couldn’t access the address with no other explanation! Then that it was out for delivery AGAIN the following day to which was my birthday and had to stay in being late to my own meal, to this delivery again not being delivered, eventually I had to request it to be sent to the local depot which is wasn’t even at my local dhl depot it was over 45 minutes away! Then sent me a further two emails the following day (at exactly the time time stamp) one saying it was out the delivery and the other email saying was available to collect for the local depot which wasn’t even my local depot!!!
I have always used tatti lashes because I really do think they’re the best (have been using them for well over 6 years) but this new courier company was a solid 0 out of 10! And I was not very happy with the lack of communication from both tatti lashes or dhl couriers
