When trying to place my order my cart keeps emptying/changing quantities of lashes

There is a couple of things you can try first:

Empty your basket and clear the cookies and history from the device that you're using. This should then allow you to continue with your purchase as normal.

If this doesn't work, please contact our Customer Service team by emailing enquiries@tattilashes.com so we can try an alternative.

How do I qualify for 60% MUA discount?

We offer up to 60% MUA discount. You do not need to create an account or provide certificates to receive the discount. All you have to do is add a minimum of 20 lashes to your cart and the discount will be automatically applied. It really is that simple.

The MUA discount is only eligible on strip lashes, not lash trays.

We also offer buy 4 get 1 free on all of our lash trays.

My order has arrived damaged/faulty

Please accept our sincere apologies about receiving your parcel damaged. In order for us to rectify this could you please send over some images of the damaged/faulty product.

My order has not been delivered the next day

In order to qualify for next working day delivery your order must be placed Monday to Thursday before 3pm.

My parcel has been delivered and signed or but I haven’t received it?

Please email us at enquiries@tattilashes.com. Please be assured we will work closely with DPD to get this matter resolved. A signature dispute will be raised on this consignment and investigated accordingly.

In the meantime, if you are able to send us over some photo ID of yourself preferably with a signature also shown clearly.

i.e. Passport/driving licence

This will help us massively to carry out our investigation quickly and efficiently.
