Why has the Masterclass been cancelled?

Sadly, we have been informed by Jeffree Star that he is unable to travel to Europe to take part in the Masterclasses due to unforeseen personal circumstances. All four dates commencing 10th January 2020 in Dublin, Amsterdam, Newcastle & Liverpool will not now be taking place.

Will I receive a full refund for my ticket?

Yes, a full refund of the ticket price will be made to the account from which the purchase was made.

How long should the refund take?

7-10 working days, depending upon your bank’s clearing system.

My ticket was bought by someone else, what do I do?

All refunds will be made to the account from which the ticket was purchased. If your ticket was purchased by someone else, please contact the account holder.

Are the Masterclasses being rescheduled?

New dates are yet to be confirmed, but we are discussing the possibility with Jeffree’s team.

Can we keep our tickets for if the events are rescheduled?

Sadly not. All tickets will instead be refunded, but if the events can be rescheduled, you will be the first to know and you will have early access to ticket sales.

Will I still receive my goody bag?

Unfortunately you will not receive a goody bag as this comes as part of your ticket, which has now been refunded.

How can I contact customer services regarding this?

Due to the high volume of customer service requests at present, all enquiries will be responded to via email within 72 hours. For any customer service queries regarding the tour, please e-mail tour@tattilashes.com.

Can you reimburse me for any expenses I have incurred?

Unfortunately no. The need to cancel the Masterclass Tour was beyond our control and although we are able to refund the ticket price for the event, we cannot pay for any other items such as inconvenience, travel expenses, or accommodation expenses.
