When trying to place my order, my cart keeps on emptying/changing quantities of lashes

There are a couple of things you can try first:
Empty your basket and clear the cookies and history from the device you are using. This should then allow you to continue with your purchase as normal.

If this doesn't work, please contact our Customer service team on enquiries@tattilashes.com and they will be able to help you further.

How do I qualify for MUA discount?

We offer up to 60% discount for MUA’s/wholesale. You don't need to supply us with your certificates, which makes shopping with us super easy! The 60% discount will be applied automatically at the checkout when you have 20 or more strip lashes in your basket.

We also offer an amazing deal on our semi-perm lashes of 'buy 4, get 1 free' and you're able to mix and match. This offer is valid across all lash trays.

My order has arrived damaged/faulty

We are extremely sorry to hear you have received a damaged/ faulty item. Please send over an email to our customer service team explaining the fault/ damage and please include images of both the item and its packaging.

My delivery is late/not received

In order to qualify for our next working day delivery service, your order must be placed Monday-Thursday by 3pm. If your order is placed after 3pm on Thursday you will need to select Saturday or Sunday delivery in order to receive your lashes in time for the weekend. If these options are not selected then your order will be out for delivery after the weekend, on the next working day delivery service.

My order is wrong

We are so sorry about this! In order for us to get this resolved for you, can you please send over an image to our customer service team of the items received and the paper invoice included in your parcel. We will then be able to investigate this further for you.

Can I return?

To begin your return process you must contact us on enquiries@tattilashes.com within 14 days of receiving your order. In order for us to accept returns, all returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Please note, we do not cover the cost of returns and further return information can be found on the returns section of our website.

Address changes, Order cancellations and stock enquiries

Please contact our customer service team on enquiries@tattilashes.com with your query and 'urgent' in the subject. For example: 'Urgent- address change' or 'Urgent- order cancellation'.
